Cde Neo Mokoena is a dynamic young leader who has been driving change since his youth & also playing a central role in founding Batho Movement as a coordinator founder. A registered coach with the South African Football Association, he has coached football in Dihlabeng and inspired countless young athletes. Currently, he is completing his Bachelor of Administration in Human Settlements, at The University of South Africa, while also championing youth empowerment whether through sports, education, or housing advocacy. His vision is a future where young people thrive in every arena.
